Shipping & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping with Beefy. The terms below apply to every order placed through our store. By completing checkout, you agree to this policy.
1. Order processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM CT typically ship the same business day; orders placed after that cutoff ship the next business day. During promotions, product launches, or peak periods (Black Friday, holiday season), processing may take up to 3 business days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility. If you do not receive this email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder and then contact us at hello@getbeefy.co.
2. Shipping methods, rates, and delivery times
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Available methods and rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service level. Estimated delivery windows after a package leaves our facility:
- USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail: 2–5 business days
- UPS / FedEx Ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited (UPS 2-Day, FedEx 2Day, USPS Priority Express): 1–3 business days
These windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed, except where the carrier itself offers a money-back service guarantee (e.g., UPS Next Day Air). Severe weather, carrier delays, holidays, and incorrect address information can extend delivery times.
3. Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address exactly as entered. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs are the customer's responsibility.
We are unable to change a shipping address once an order has been processed. Address change requests submitted before processing will be accommodated when possible but cannot be guaranteed.
4. Risk of loss and title transfer
Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the package to the carrier. Once a package is in the carrier's possession, we do not control delivery timing, handling, or condition during transit.
5. Lost, stolen, or "not received" packages
If tracking shows your package as "In Transit" for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, contact us at hello@getbeefy.co within 30 days of the order date. We will open a trace with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will reship the order or issue a refund at our discretion.
If tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it:
- Check with neighbors, household members, building management, or your mail carrier — packages are sometimes delivered to nearby addresses or held at the local post office.
- Wait 48 hours — packages are occasionally marked delivered before they actually arrive.
- File a missing mail search with the carrier (USPS: usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm; UPS and FedEx: contact through their websites).
- Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist.
Packages marked delivered to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery, packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or packages held at a delivery location unclaimed. We strongly recommend selecting Shipping Protection at checkout (see Section 7) for coverage against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
6. Damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, email hello@getbeefy.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:
- The damaged product
- The shipping box (inside and outside)
- The shipping label
We will arrange a replacement or refund once the damage is verified.
7. Shipping protection
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout. This covers your order against loss, theft, and damage in transit. If you decline shipping protection, replacements and refunds for lost or stolen packages are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
8. Returns and refunds
We accept returns of unused, unopened products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email hello@getbeefy.co with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final sale items, custom or personalized products, and clearance items are not eligible for return.
9. International orders
International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are collected by the carrier or local customs office at the time of delivery and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Orders refused due to unpaid duties will be treated as undeliverable per Section 3.
10. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first at hello@getbeefy.co. We respond within 1 business day and resolve the vast majority of issues promptly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us delays resolution and can result in account suspension.
We dispute chargebacks for orders that have been delivered to the address provided at checkout, supported by carrier tracking and delivery confirmation. Filing a chargeback for a "product not received" claim on an order that carrier tracking confirms as delivered may constitute friendly fraud and will be reported to the issuing bank with full evidence, including AVS match, IP address, order timestamps, customer communications, and tracking records.
Customers who file fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently banned from future purchases.
